What is your photography style?
My photography style is storytelling, with soft, creamy blush tones. I focus on the little details that make your family’s story unique, creating timeless photographs you’ll cherish for years to come.
♡ I only use natural light, never flash or lighting equipment. Always chasing golden light to bring out the best in every session.
Do you offer seasonal mini sessions?
Yes, I offer three seasonal mini sessions each year:
Motherhood Minis in May
Fall Minis in October
Holiday Minis in November
Mini sessions are announced in advance and tend to fill quickly, so be sure to follow along on instagram or join my email list to be the first to know when booking opens.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Durham, North Carolina, in the heart of the Triangle area.
I absolutely love to travel! While I primarily serve clients within the Triangle area, I'm always open to the possibility of traveling to capture your special moments in different locations. If you have a specific destination in mind, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss creating a custom order that includes a travel fee to accommodate your needs.
Can I order prints through you?
Absolutely! Once your gallery is delivered, you'll have plenty of amazing options to purchase prints directly from the gallery.
How do you capture newborn photography?
Whether you're coming to my cozy studio or I’m traveling to your home for an in-home session, my main focus is on creating a comfortable and relaxed environment for everyone. My approach to newborn photography is natural and simple, capturing the tender, real moments—parents holding their little one, tiny toes, fingers, and all those sweet details that make this time so special. I love preserving these authentic connections, creating timeless images that reflect the love within your family.
Newborn sessions typically last about an hour, allowing plenty of time for feeding, soothing, diaper changes, and all the little pauses that naturally come with a newborn. I never want anyone to feel rushed, and I follow your baby's pace throughout the session
Note: I do not use swaddling in my sessions, as I prefer to capture babies in their natural state, focusing on their unique and precious details.
Do you provide a client wardrobe?
For maternity sessions, I offer a beautiful collection of dresses and other pieces to make your session as stress free as possible. Just share your vision with me, and I’ll help style everything so it all comes together. Feel free to reach out, I’d be happy to provide more details about what’s available.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within two weeks after your session. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
